Healthy You Assessment – Initial Appointment
The first step toward a happier and healthier you starts with a conversation about healthy eating and physical activity habits. We’ll look at your weight history and talk about changing your habits in realistic stages to improve your health. When you’re ready to start, we’ll help you set lifestyle change goals, monitor your progress, and help you overcome barriers and challenges.
Success Check-Ins – Subsequent Appointments
We’ll meet twice a month for the first six months and then establish a schedule that best supports your journey. These sessions are about monitoring and celebrating the changes you’ve made, resolving any challenges or setbacks, talking about improvements in your health, as well as tracking changes in your weight.
There are several smartphone apps to help keep track of the foods and beverages you consume, how much physical activity you’re getting, and your weight, so we’ll talk about how best to use these types of tools.
Through counseling, prescription medication and a little TLC, we’ll help you meet your weight loss goals and achieve the life you want to live.
